Enrollment

Below are the steps to enroll your student at KinderKastle.

NOTE: Submission of this form in no way guarantees your students' acceptance. Enrollment is contingent upon classroom availability and available accommodations. Office staff will call you letting you know if your student has been accepted. 

1. Fill out the online enrollment form below

2. Mail or drop off your registration fees check. Checks can be mailed to:

3. Drop off a copy of the following:

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records

4. Pick up the following from the Kinder Kastle Office:

• Financial Enrollment form

• Food Allergy form

• Religious Organization Child Care Facility form
